I've noticed that my exotics were beginning to be less and less rewarding, but I expected as much being at a higher level. Now it's come to the point where I'm 298 and EVERY single exotic I get has a base power of 293, which with it's mod turns to 298. My weekly powerful gear barely gave any upgrades at all this week (went up 2 points total) and I've already had at least 15 useless exotics. What's the malfunction here? I mean, if this is truly the way it's meant to be then why are none of my friends having this issue?
