Go to their channel and in the top corner there should be an option to block them. Which [i]should[/i] also remove the from you recommendations. If that doesn't work, on your recommendations feed there is a "remove" option. Though I have found it takes multiple [i]removes[/i] before a channel stops showing up on your feed.
