I was hoping they would address this. I plan on getting scorpio so i hope the game is playable at 60fps on it. I would be happy with 60fps and dedicated servers.

I figure it's going to be the same across consoles. Scorpio should have the power to make it look it's best for a console, but I don't see them making it look better on Scorpio being exclusive to PS4

I have a buddy who attended their show and is playing now, he says that consoles are set at 30fps and didn't get the impression that would change with Scorpio.
