No they don't lol.
Halo has dedicated servers and they're having more problems than destiny has right now with lag and ghost melees and bullets and everything. Every single halo pro has been complaining for weeks.
Dedicated servers do nothing. Everyone thinks it's some magical fix and makes pvp great.
Still gonna be laggy and people who lag and ddos and problems lmao

Are you really that stupid? I sure hope you're not being serious. Halo is using Microsoft dedi servers which are cheap junk, but they signed an agreement with Microsoft on that one. Battlefield 4 had shit servers and they still ran better with 32v32 chaos than Destiny on a 6v6 with no destruction. If Bungie would outsource for dedi servers they could have a lot of the issues with PvP gone. DDOS dedis is not an easy task, especially outsourced servers because the company monitors them for that kind of activity. P2p servers are outdated. In case you haven't noticed 99% of games use dedis nowadays minus anything that has Whactivision's name somewhere on it. Simply because they are all about the money and give zero craps about satisfaction.

I've been playing halo 5 since launch and have never experienced a DDOS attack guardian. Why was a tremendous unprecedented project like Destiny built on peer to peer hosting technology anyway? The technology was already a decade old ( they somewhat pioneered the use on console with halo 2) and Activision made 1.6 billion usd net profit last quarter alone. How many other games have you played in your entire life that has as many error codes ready to deploy as Destiny?

Just as much can happen but it doesn't. Destiny is not the only game I play or have played. And it doesn't matter if other companies are telling me It "can" happen. Bungie either says nothing, something unnecessarily cryptic,or flat out says it's your internet setup lol. I don't know about you but I'd rather a company actually do something about it especially with a 3 year old product which never should have been built on 13 year old peer to peer hosting infrastructure when your publisher is the wealthiest on planet earth. How about you guys ask pimp daddy Activision to spend a few of the 1.6 billion on some outsourced dedicated servers instead of exaggerated advertising lol. Are you stalking me btw? Work on your game instead of replying to customers post. You do work for bungie yeah?
