9/10 times the quarantine patrols are bugged for me. It completes with the death of the first splicer priest and won't continue to a drop ship. This means no siva offerings for me. Additionally I can join one in progress, but virtually never move to phase 2. I don't take too long to kill him. It's an immediate find him and shotgun, then I get a mission complete. I tried with a fireteam and it still bugged out, but if they started one there was no problem. Xbox one.
