Illuminated vs Untouchable
Illuminated weapons of light gives a 8% total increase in damage when compared to normal weapons of light.
Untouchable reduces the cool-down of the super by 30 seconds, which is close to a 16% reduction with T5 intellect, and also increases your armor by 1.
Which is better and why?

Illuminated in raids, since you have enough time in between each dps phase to recharge your super, extra cooldown or not.

Illuminated for Blessing of light in PvP and PvE Illuminated for Weapons of light in PvE Untouchable for Weapons of light in PvP Untouchable for Armour of light in PvP and PvE Only use iron harvest in strikes but even then you should use Illuminated.

Iron harvest and bolt caster with the perk in pve PvP make the bubble Regen faster

Untouchable for strikes/PvP. Illuminated for raids.
