We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.
Thank you for your patience as we pursue a resolution to this issue.

I just got the collection upgrade and i cant play it on my xbox one, i really love this game but its disappointed with this

Aaaaaand, 2000 replies, of course, now that PSN users can't log in you're already fixing the problem, but the Tapir error doesn't matter right? I mean, a week without being able to play Destiny, lost the last Trials of Year 2 and missed Xur selling TLW isn't that much of a deal right? I mean, you don't give a sh*t for your users so, whatever, right?

1 ReplyI play one game that's it, just one. I don't really have a ton of free time in my life but I've invested weeks of gameplay in this game since it was launched. I was a beta tester, for halo 2 on Xbox, and for destiny. I've largely outgrown gaming and I have been holding onto to one company and now just one game; a game who's glitches are never ending. I dutifully updated so I didn't risk missing out on continuing in this journey ... And I just want to say ... It sucks not being able to play. But what sucks more is the total lack of initial response to what seems to be a large problem. Days went by and nothing was send by you. It makes me want to return my new Xbox one that I had to buy to keep playing one game, and demand a refund for a game i just purchased even though I already paid for it on the 360 ....
