Thats what I'm trying to fix. The raid gear should be the best in the game cause its supposed to be the hardest to acquire but it seems to be lacking on "best" since the benefits aren't that great.

How to fix raid gear: 1- make primaries elemental again 2- make the gear give better perks ( boots with bonus heavy ammo )
