Only if they buff fabian strategy's stability and damage up 200% how are you warlocks not content?

Fabian doesn't need a stability buff though...

Basically, Fabian is fine if you get the perk running. It'll never be as good as DoP, Montecarlo or Hardlight, so get used to that.
