Teabagging is allowed under the following conditions :
1 kill a shotgun sliding guardian
2 kill a shoulder charging titan
3 kill an invisible hunter
4 kill anyone holding UR
5 kill a self res warlock

As a self-resing warlock, I can say that it is definitely necessary to teabag after you've killed me in self-res. If that isn't grounds for teabagging, nothing is.
