Vanguard rep
Does it matter what strike I do to earn more rep in strikes ?

Heroics give the most rep by far. With a booster active and a vanguard class item you will end up getting around 280 per strike after your third in a row.

I could be wrong but heroic strikes should give more. And do a bunch of strikes in a row to get the buff.
