Whilst I hate these kind of posts, I get the idea behind it. In order to have a ghorn at current light level you have to buy the Rise of Iron expansion, otherwise it will remain at year 1 level. However I don't really see this a pay to win, more like a carrot on a stick

You are paying for rise of iron not gally. Stop complaining cause it won't be pay to win because it a re skin of a gun everyone can get. And sterling treasures are not pay to win. The majority of the stuff is crap anyway it does nothing to advance your progress in destiny. The emotes from eververse don't do anything but add cosmetic value to your character which does not matter at all. The only time I can think of destiny being the slightest bit pay to win was SRL where 160 speed sparrows sold for silver but I'm pretty most people had 160 speed sparrows anyway. So you see nothing here has been pay to win if you think otherwise you have no clue what pay to win is.

That's right, for the $30 you get a Gally plus some other stuff(raid,strike,new story content etc) Cause EVERYONE GETS THE GALLY if they compete the quest, for paying it early(the same price as everyone else) I got a PS4 Theme and a Black Gally

It's available to everyone, it's just a variation on its aesthetics that will be given to anyone who pre-orders; the pre-order price isn't affected by it. There's no pre-order option that costs less because it doesn't include the Iron Gally so I don't think it is pay to win. I was concerned it would be also, but it isn't.
