A little off topic, but they should make the ghosts regular voice actor sound like the postmaster in the reef. That voice is butter.
Also it sounds goofy to hear a light infused computer from the traveler say things like, " I'm not all that good at math" (SABER strike).
Or in the new Malok strike when Eris mentions the blight and the ghost says something along the lines of "that's the black gooey stuff, right?"

Traveller probably made them sound more "human" so that the transition from dead guy to univers savior wouldn't be quite do jarring. Like when the alien in that episode of South Park appears as a taco that poops ice cream

Yea, they try too hard with the jokes sometimes. It's fine for the ghost to be a smartass, but sometimes it comes off like a dumbass.
