new scout rifle perk advice
so recently i made a post about the scout rifle saterienne rapier that had the perks hot swap explosive rounds and third eye and i just got another one the perks are a bit different can anyone tell me which ones better the new ones perks are icarus explosive rounds and third eye it also has custom optics
