You're ideas are pretty good. I've thought about a taken crota's end raid, a taken VoG, but would that also include prison of elders? Seeing how they've made some big fallen based enemies taken, I don't see how difficult it is to imagine skolas mutated into taken to fight again. Maybe there could be a new storyline involving house of wolves more into taken King other than killing off the queen in the opening cutscene. I need to think like a bungee crew member for a second. What if Variks's were to detect strange things happening in the fallen, and taken territories? He looks into the strange occurrences, and finds out that before oryx' defeat, he had resurrected Skolas with the taken power. I guess the same could also be said for Crota and Atheon. This would give Bungie reason to upgrade the raids and have a new story. Frankly, I really want a Cabal raid, but I really miss the old raids (PoE included) a lot more than having a new raid. We all just need somethings to end the boredom of the destiny community.
