Corporations he has controlled have filed for bankruptcy as financial protection to restructure. I don't get why everybody freaks out about that part, they act as if every single business venture will work.
Don't get me wrong, I don't like the guy, but to say he's bad businessman for using the same bankruptcy system thousands of other successful businessmen have used is silly.
