The funny thing is both of those quotes were taken wildly out of context. The Division will be fun but I don't it pulling the hardcores away from Destiny for long, if at all.

The Division can't blow a game out of the water if the two games aren't even part of the same genre. Destiny is a Loot-based Shooter/MMO (aka, Borderlands style game) The Division is an RPG/Shooter. Destiny is based around Sci-Fi and first-person action, with everything from future tech to magic being present. The Division is based around real-world weaponry and problems, is third-person and all of it's gameplay revolved around hiding behind various objects.

With potentially hundreds of millions of dollars at stake it is understandable. Honestly though, the best review is [u]your own[/u]. The game has had two betas. If you played one or both, your opinion is the only one that counts. For me The Division won't kill Destiny because Destiny is better. EDIT: Check Google. "How to get positive game reviews?"

We have all these in denial desticles in this forum talking about how much better the division is going to be and im over here waiting for it to come out and hoping its actually good so that its actually good competition for Destiny and pushes the devs to do better and also for all the salty fukcs to get the fukc outta here. 1 ReplyThe Division takes something done many times before and applys MMO concepts to it. I'm honestly kind of over destiny i admit... Day 1 on 360, bought it with dark below and house of wolves when i got my X1, and now I have the taken king bundle on ps4.) Between xbox and ps4 i have clocked crazy hours. But I can honestly say I am not very excited about The Division. I know I am not the only one. Even after watching my buddy play the beta for hours...I still am not excited. Idk maybe despite its new concepts...it still just seems like something I have seen and played a million times. Here is to hoping when Mass Effect Andromeda drops it has more expansive multiplayer than 3!
