Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Forum Fighter: Opponent is unable to determine what gun you are using because this perk generates an already existing name to appear on your opponents death screen after each kill. This way it's less likely they come crying "Nerf" to the forums

Aqua Man -standing in puddles increases shield recharge rate. Conductivity -arc damage will spread to everyone if they are standing in water. Practice Makes Perfect -Reloading this weapon grants increased reload speed for a short time.
