Oh how I wish just an idea or two is taken to heart as destiny use to be a game I couldn't wait for reset ..Two different raids for a total of 6 to do a week....nightfalls were first priority for the blue flame and experience buff....now...3 hard mode raids in under 4 hours and done. Can't remember the last time I had to ride my sparrow. 2 characters at 320 and a mark n gauntlet away from all 3 being there...then what?
1. Make old content relevant again by having year 1 stuff at year 2 lvl...diversity is key as we all like to show off our stuff and look different from everyone else
2. Have a way to turn rare gear into legendary by buying the upgrade with marks and maybe an item only found in the nightfall that adds the random perks that makes legendary legendary.
3. Exotics have a chance at dropping over 310 and not just in trials. .these dont have to be frequently dropped...just let us know it exists.
4. Ability to add shaders to weapons and ships.
5. For God's sake ! The blue flame from nightfall
Now the crazy idea ...besides an exotic sparrow that shoots or and exotic shader we pick the colors for...how bout we can have the gunsmith build us an exotic. .make it expensive and perk components need to be found in order to apply them to the weapon. ..100000 glimmer and 2000 legendary marks plus 10 exotic shards would b a fair price ...just sayin
That's a few minor tweeks...u gave us new content with the taken king but made all year one activities obsolete. ..u add cool things like light and infuse...but taketh away over half the game
