Refer a friend question
I have a buddy that has played Destiny a whole bunch. I'm gonna buy him The Taken King so we can still play together. As for my question, for him to qualify as a Referee does he have to have not played The Taken King expansion, or the whole game itself?

I believe it's just if they have owned The Taken King for less than a week to make them qualified as a pleb, I mean new player
