Played through the bounties on two characters and saw one ice breaker. Granted, we sucked out loud, so maybe didn't end up paired with too many elite guys, but still... Not defending it, it's a move reserved for little B's with tiny D's, but just saying I've not seen it over several hours in any amount of frequency
