The grin changes to a menacing appearance as the man swings again and follows with an uppercut.
No more words as the pool players converge. They root for the Fed, but as their voices rise the rowdy lot turn their attention.
Rebels.
Unhappy that their own has no back up they enter the fray.
A lone chair crashes on the head of one pool player and suddenly the entire bar becomes a massive pit of punches, broken furniture and blood.
The man stealthily falls into a rebel and grabs a fed to throw him. The motion clears a way to a back door, obviously a way out of the ever increasing mess.
The bartender can be seen calling for security. As his attention is taken the man sneaks out and beckons you to follow.
The man slips down through the alley way with ease before making his way to a rooftop. There he waits. Whatever items he stole hidden on his person.
He crosses his arms as the absent moon casts a darker shadow over the evening.
"Now? You make a choice. You're game kid. It's a good thing, and a bad thing. What we did back there won't go unnoticed. In fact, just this talk is wasting precious time."
"How good are you with code?"
"Then you have a job. Don't worry about the pay. It'll be more than enough, if you don't die... Or aren't caught."
The man walks over and touches your shoulder. A transporter enacts on a ship and the two are beamed up.
The ship orbits the planet. It is cold and lifeless inside. Smooth and modern, but eerily without any character unless bland it's a character. The furnishings are simple at best.
"You can call me Carter."
He begins walking towards control.
