My raid group takes a break in the middle for 5-10 mins and than takes 1 right before oryx. This isn't a job. It's leisure time for most. Smoking if you like it is part of leisure time. I set guidelines like the 2 breaks in the raid. Also the breaks help believe it or not. If people get burned out the raid won't get done. I also have a group where we speed run oryx. We have the whole raid down with all the challenges war priest gogo and oryx and we do the raid in under 1 hour no breaks.
