I would take him to a bar (if he drinks) and then back home to just netflix/game and chill with him. that's a perfect gift in my book hahaha

As for gift ideas it depends on how much you're willing to spend, You could get him an album he doesn't own for a band/group/artist he likes, a game he wants but doesn't have, (if you've got money) a lens for his camera or a new camera, etc.

The cheap hobbies are boring though :/ New Flash is a good idea for sure, especially for someone who really loved taking pictures/taking their camera everywhere
