I'm not opposed to that idea in theory. I was so excited to earn this exotic as scouts are my favorite weapon class. However, I find it a very lackluster weapon especially for an exotic. So yeah if nothing else combine the perks. As for it being op I think it's crap when compared to other class exotics like bad juju or red death. I die far more to those than any scout rifle but, I'm not going to lobby for a nerf or anything cause honestly it just forces me to play smarter against opponents wielding those guns. It, in the long term just makes me a better player, if I let it.
