So after the December weapon tuning, spare change is no longer a two burst headshot. Can you fix that because in all honesty I the high impact pulse rifles aren't viable in crucible any longer. It now Requires a longer time to kill than the next lowest impact class. 35 to the head (by the way, this is a 8 percent damage decrease which would have been fine) is good enough for this class.
