I use it all the time in pvp it's great for pinning people and if they are hiding in cover wounded almost guaranteed a kill. But it is kind of weird that they didn't get a sticky mind you I don't think Nightstalker got one either.

Storm caller got a nerfed arcbolt and two grenades which work more for control and space rather than ohk. Kinda bs in my opinion. Nightstalker got a smoke grenade, two I think which can kill or turn them invisible.

Even the smoke bomb is mostly meant for control.

True with the arc bolt. Not a fan of using the smoke bomb to kill it is pretty weak so you gotta do a fair bit a damage plus it is a melee not a real grenade so can't really compare it to the actual grenades. Besides the actual Nightstalker grenades are all control based not meant for kills unless you got them pinned.
