One of two things is happening here: 1. You're trying to backpedal after being called out for derogatory language, and we're not buying it. 2. You've failed to realize Ford transit vans aren't a thing in American culture and the word tranny doesn't mean anything to us other than an insult to the transgender community. Either way, you're coming off poorly in the exchange. Let it go.

Assuming I believe you're incapable of the basic Internet research needed to figure out the Ford transit wasn't marketed in the US until 2013, and it really hasn't made much of a cultural dent in the last two years, it still takes quite the leap to assert we shouldn't take offense to the "original intent" behind your "joke". Comparing women to cars, seriously? You want us to think that's funny? And act like we have the problem because we're not amused at being viewed as an equivalent to an inanimate possession? Jeez the people in this community who have no perspective or maturity.
