The Rise of Crota card is still unobtainable, I've done some research and players where originally unlocking the card just by accepting the quest for the first TDB Story mission, as of patch 2.0.2 you don't get this card at any point during the campaing(even using the quest system) , beating Crota's end after the patch gave me all the missing grimoire for TDB (Forsaken, Urn of sacriface...etc) but Rise of Crota is still locked for me.
