I've personally never received negative messages, but how about you guys? Which was the worst?

I've never had any negative messages from the Destiny player base. I've only had people ask to help me (when I was a kinder guardian) Had a few for the small while I played some CoD games Otherwise I've only had death threat spam every now and again. (Some people just hate chat mods on some games)

Once a guy messaged me to let me know that I was garbage because I suck at pvp. Glad to know my life isn't worth anything because my pvp skills suck, Lol! That's OK, I got him back... I told him "that's not what your mom said"! Then he called me a squeaker. Then I said " no, but your mom's bed sure is though "! Ah, mom jokes... Totally acceptable immature response to an immature action, right?

3 Repliessomeone called me a potato - in German. I looked up, translated and replied "cabbage", assuming that we were playing word association. All I got in return was "???" so I am assuming that "potato" has a deeper rude meaning in Germany that simply calling someone a vegetable.

It was like 'you are a disgrace to humanity' but my friend and I where trolling on clash and when the guy sent it seeing as we where laughing already it made us basically screech with laughter it was hilarious

2 RepliesAfter I received a Legendary drop and an exotic (I completed a year 1 quest) when defeating Omnigul on a year 1 NF someone messaged me "Did you hit the boss even once? Just DIE!". I had hit Omnigul multiple times with rocket launchers but stayed back so our party wouldn't wipe. I has to do multiple revives because my team mates were playing very aggressive.

I got called 5 different racial slurs that weren't very polite just because I kicked a team of Three's asses over and over in a fair fight. They were scubs to say the least. What's really funny is I was using the devil you know to do it and they couldn't comprehend what I was using that was so "OP"

Was playing rift with a full fireteam of 6 and totally destroyed the other team. Got a message from some guy on the other team saying : "Good game dîck lovers bîtches," and then another one saying "fûckers like you fagets ruin this game" hahaha
