Good points, although I disagree with the part that most people haven't done the raid(I could wrong, but I doubt it). And you said something sort of contradictory, if the raid LL were bumped up how would "It would also offer another reason for players to get familiar with raid mechanics and the level of team work needed for the raid". To get most players to go back, Bungie would need to really rework the mechanics or make it drop really good stuff. And more of a off-topic question, How do you like CE more than KF? There isn't anything bad about you opinion, I just don't see how.
