You're beating a dead horse, bro. In the end, I'm glad they did that. It forced me to use completely new gear, and kept things interesting. It forces you to adapt. You must move on, or be left behind. If you can't and/or don't want to, than you probably shouldn't do any endgame activities As for the field scout nerf, nobody asked for it. However, I remember reading in the patch notes that it had something to do with those perks never really sacrificing something, but still giving a lot in return. They were very important perks that altered the gameplay of the entire gun in some circumstances.
