I have done the raid on my hunter every week since it launched, I have not seen the gloves from normal or hard.
I ran the raid twice on my Titan, I have all raid pieces except the helmet, and am already higher light level....I guess bungie wants my main to be the Titan.

I have received 6 pairs of gloves, but only 2 chests, 1 boots (finally), and zero helmets. They like to troll me with gloves. First, 309 (sweet!). Next 6 raids: 300 gloves, 304 gloves, 302 gloves, etc. First hard raid drop: more gloves. Seriously?!?!?! (open inventory)... 319 gloves... okay, so I'm not that mad anymore, lol
