I did the exact same thing with my void sword. Was using the app to switch over weapons... at the same time whilst things were being moved around I was deleting a green heavy weapon. Things move around in the inventory as a weapon disappears because of the app and the sword moves under my cursor... Void sword --> legendary marks.
