I kinda hated the mag when I first got it, but you can bump it up to like 13 or 14 with a perk or something. It's really precise, if you play like that. Good for PVP, I think. Used it a little, but then I got No Time To Explain (got it right before my quest was done). It's a really good looking gun, too. Stats are pretty nice.
