Takes a lucky drop to get one with perks that matchup to ole VoC and that's an already rare drop to begin with

I've had and dismantled 4 TuS's. Didn't like the stats or the perk rolls.

Is it rare? I don't even play strikes that much, and I've got at least 3 or 4. The 2 that I've kept have pretty decent rolls.

I've had more of that gun drop than anything else
