Lowering the drop rate does not equate to being rare. How am I still getting lots of rare weapons & engrams? What the hell are you doing that you're not? Do daily bounties, boom weapon parts! Do strikes, boom weapon parts! Do Court of Oryx, boom weapon parts! Do POEs, boom weapon parts! Do patrols on the Dreadnaught, boom weapon parts!
If you don't have enough, that's your own fault. Because I'm upgrading new weapons every day and I'm still finding more weapon parts than I can use.

"Or lower drop rate" Literally what I said. Getting less than last week for the same amount of dismantled weapons. I'm aware of how to get them. I'm just saying the amount recieved is less. Same as what OP was saying. We still get them. Just less. Period. Point blank. Having nothing to do with reforging or shit else in year 1. Good for you on being stacked but I'm gonna agree with OP. The drop rate is less for no viable reason.

Those phrases denote correction, not "what's so hard about that to understand." I mean, you are aware that your posts remain, right?
