Is there any chance for Exotics withOUT 3ofCoins?
Is there any chance of getting an Exotic from Strikes WITHOUT popping 3-of-Coins? Or is 3oC the only way to even have a chance at an exotic?

There was a small chance in y1 strikes. I imagine the drop rates are the same still
