Is there any chance for Exotics withOUT 3ofCoins?
Is there any chance of getting an Exotic from Strikes WITHOUT popping 3-of-Coins? Or is 3oC the only way to even have a chance at an exotic?

There was a small chance in y1 strikes. I imagine the drop rates are the same still

Yes, but it's like .0001 lol, it's like the old strikes still where someone got one and they didn't do crap and you dominated the leaderboard
