Last Extremity has better stats, but the perks of Hung Jury are much better. A Last Extremity with Triple Tap and a reload perk would be such a good weapon

Given the same perks as the vendor hung jury, I would say the last extremity beats hung jury. High impact with firefly is the best PvE combo available.
