I never got it as im fairly new to the game. Where is it?
Or rather what is the name of the ghost? And i'll look it up

It's called the damaged ghost. It's on Venus' shattered coast inside a room near the large statue. Probably nothing to do with anything now though. Just randomly was there.

I just watched a vid with all the known ghosts on venus. Nothing near the statue. Was it in a chest maybe?

It's specific to the exotic bounty. Look for vids about the Pocket Infinity bounty.
