Well you thought wrong. You need two headshots for a kill. It's all strategy. Sunbreaker is powerful but slow and medium ranged. All you have to do is run and jump to avoid the hammers. It's so easy. You might have a hard time bringing down a Sunbreaker 1v1 but you can easily avoid them until their super runs out and then kill them. Nothing makes them more pissed.

Titans are the fastest class and they have a shoulder charge thingy for close range ... If I can cross map a with a throwing knife a skilled player can do it with a hammer with tracking and proximity detonation

With shoulder charge they have less hammers. It's not fast either it's just a waste of super if they use it to run after you. It's slowest super. Hammers take time to get to their target. If they have tracking then don't run straight at them like an idiot. It's pretty simple.
