Destiny bugs and glitches i know of are suros pack is unable to be equipped. Psion flayers not boss kills/ultras. Intellect and discipline cooldowns sometimes glitch. (My intellect at 300 has a 4min and 37 second cooldown) and wormsinger runes sometimes don't activate.
