Are you doing it from in-game? Worked there for me...its not on the websites

I tried in game and from the marketplace

In game there are 3 options, code, purchase and collectors....the middle option was the $40 option for me.

When I press on the middle option it just takes me back to the planet select screen

They may have disabled it due to the terms and multiple account usage on a single console that seems to be an issue. (see other posts)
