I agree but if you live in the US I doubt much will come of it.
Europe has much stronger consumer protection.
I spend alot of money on games and gaming. 40$ is nothing but I refuse to support this model. It's not good for gamers or gaming in my opinion.
I guess pay to win MMO styled games aren't my thing.

I don't live in the U.S. however, they seem to be moving complaints to Silicon Valley jurisdiction.
