The [b]REAL violation[/b] is not being able to play digital content on all accounts on the console that bought the content. According to XBOX, any digital content is licensed to all accounts on the console. Besides that, Bungie's own language on the purchase screen of TTK clearly states ALL accounts will have access to the new content.
