No, I don't even know what they are supposed to be. I don't believe that the are the green guns sold. Why would they let us buy that useless crap for a few months ahead of others? That gunk will make zero difference. The guns in the arsenals have to be more useful.

o yeah those are green lol its meant for beginners but you can still get new weapon foundaries from doing different quest or from drops in different rarities like i have hakke and omolon pistol shotgun and sniper legendary
