If they working then we shouldn't be having problems. I paid$60 for my game when I can't even download the content from the game to launch it. I ordered my game yesterday at 7 pm California time which makes it preoreded. I didn't receive a preorder code or anything and I bought it fron the Xbox store. I already got in contact with Xbox support and followed all of their directions but my stuff still isn't working!! So I want to know why since I can't get a refund!! Can you fix my problems since you speaking on Bungie be half?

    Hahahahaha... Yes. I can help you. Put down your controller, open your front door, go for a walk. Depending on your time zone you could have dinner, maybe catch a movie. Get a good nights sleep. Check back tomorrow.

  • You know people took time off from work just to play this at launch, right? It's not like we're not thankful of what Bungie has made for us. It's a fantastic game, so kudos to them. But some of us are very limited with time to play, so that's why these problems are a HUGE inconvenience.

  • No I get it... I went through this at launch last year... I learned that now with AAA titles its probably not gonna be ready to go the second you pop the disc in or load the DLC.

  • No. But it [i]is[/i] their fault for releasing a sloppy update. It's not like they said, "Hey, when we launch there might be problems so please expect them." They advertised the game like it was ready to go and built up the hype for pre-orders, so of course it's their fault. We took time off because we thought we were going to be getting a working product upon release, but clearly we were wrong to believe in such a thing.

  • It's not a good idea to ever assume a new software or IP release is ever going to be 100% perfect.... Doing so will always lead to disappointment.

  • I never expect 100%. It's one thing to launch with some bugs and kinks to work out, but another thing to completely flop your launch with a laundry list of problems.

  • I didn't even log in yet. I have work... I'm hoping all this is resolved though by the time I login. But I did check to see if the update installed on my PS4 which it did.
