There are no free suros weapons, You have early access to buy the 3 green uncommon Suros weapons. If you dont have the Suros pack, you wont be able to buy those three until January.
They aren't legendary.

The Suros arsenal pack are the three green Suros weapons at the vanguard quartermaster. They are not legendary.
