Go on the moon and in the area to the right of the patrol spawn. Public events happen there frequently. Also try the public events tracker website. I can't remember the exact URL. Bt just google it. It'll give u a really good average of locations n times for them. You can definitely knock off 25+ events in a couple hours. Good luck guardian.
